There is a token with the turn order (clockwise on the Hyde site and counterclockwise on the Jekyll site). If you are sitting Hyde in the north (up), scotland yard east (left) and Jekyll south (down), S goes first in the first trick of each round. With the Hyde site shown, J is next then H. Who gets the trick, starts the next trick. So it is S>J>H again, if S gets the trick. J>H>S if J gets the trick and H>S>J for H getting the trick. Turn order changes in the second round.
